Hello beautiful people, I am back sharing a little more about my home make over. This one is seasonal and the things that distract me from concentrating on my home make over, in addition to life as it is.
Autumn Still Downloading
I have been exploring around my town and it seems this year the autumn colours have are experiencing a little bit of a delay. I was exploring beautiful autumn decorated doors, and just like the London doors, I had to try it with my front door, by giving it an autumn door make over. Also lets just say, "Bringing Autumn to Jijjy's Maison".
Let me share with you how I did the make over on a budget, beautifully but did not break the bank. Remember I have serious refurbishments to complete for my doer-upper home which requires funds. I hope it inspires you to.
Shopping For Pieces
I usually check online first because it saves you time and you can find even more unique things online. Apart from the wreaths there was not much I could find. I felt the products were to small and lacked that lush-factor.
As I went grocery shopping I popped into a store to grab some coconut water and there is were I stumbled on one isle literally with everything I need. I was super excited and surprised; I tried to contain myself not to appear crazy. Note I have been searching a while and I was about to give up on this makeover.

Straight out I went to get a bigger basket; that is a trolley. Because I fellt like I found everything or atleast 90 right there.

Dear friends as you know, if you plan to do a lot of DIY, makeovers, you must have some type of ladder. I finally got myself a lovely ladder to use for my projects around. I cannot stress enough how useful having a ladder. This one is a stand alone as apposed to supporting against a wall, and can be folded to store away.

My idea was to decorated the side door panel with some beautiful autumn leaves, pair these with pretty autumn hanging flowers. Add the cherry on top with a gorgous wreath. Its not complete without a door wreath.
Another tool you cannot do without as a DIY enthusiast, is a hammer drill. My tool box always has this bad boy , the . It looks heavy but it designed for drilling concrete and brick using its hammer feature. This means you use less effort to drill compared to if you had a normal drill and at a shorter time. Head over to my Amazon Store to grab yourself one right HERE.

One thing I wanted to get was a top of the door center piece and some autumn potted trees for the side of the doors. I just could not find these. If you know where to find these for the future, leave me a comment down below.
Looking at the autumn door makeover, I am so happy that I went ahead with it. My front door now has that autumn feel I was searching for. What do you think of the door makeover? See the before and after. Beautiful,? or could do with a little more?
