Requesting deletion

If you want us to delete personal information associated with your account, comments, newsletter subscription, or contact history, please send a request through our contact form.

Please include the email address or account details we should use to locate your records.

What we can delete

We will delete or anonymise personal information where we are able to do so and where we are not required to keep it for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or record-keeping purposes.

If content has already been published or shared publicly, some information may remain visible in archived copies, search engines, or third-party services outside our control.

Retention and exceptions

We may retain limited information when it is necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or protect the website and its users.

Where deletion is not possible, we will restrict processing so the information is used only for the purpose that requires retention.
